StockSnap Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the StockSnap mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted).
Stock Data: The inventory items, quantities, and categories you add to the App are stored to provide the service.
Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and troubleshooting.
Usage Data: We collect anonymised data about how you use the App to improve our service.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Your stock data is private to you (and your organisation, if using Fleet features). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
