These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StockSnap mobile application ("App") operated by StockSnap Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

2. Use of the Service

StockSnap provides inventory tracking tools for tradespeople. You may use the App for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or copy the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial: New users can access a free trial period to evaluate the App before subscribing.

Paid Plans: Pro and Fleet subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual plans offer a discount. Prices are displayed in the App and may change with 30 days notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days.

Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact donald@stocksnap.app for assistance.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business data. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we are not liable for data loss.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by StockSnap Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times
• The App will be error-free
• The App will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockSnap Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.
